In senior IT expert position I manage all operational aspects of Billing System and Core Network Elements, development of complete home grown billing systems including provisioning and subscriber data management, supervising installation, commissioning and integration of new generation core network element, maintenance of all deployed IT infrastructure.

As a senior engineer had overall responsibility for Planning and Deployment of countrywide international telephony trucking systems as well as development of billing solutions for Telecom Georgia’s international gateway switch EWSD (Siemens). Interfacing to Infrastructure suppliers’ various product and software groups within the Telecom Georgia to support the implementation of the core network elements.

1989-2001

Senior Scientist – Astrophysics Observatory of Georgia Academy of Science

As a senior scientist was in charge of designing and creation of photometer for observation of Atmosphere night emission in visible light spectrum, development of computer automation system for measuring of light intensity and photon count at output of different frequency laser mixer crystals using CCD matrix. Was responsible for the overall project execution and resource management.

Senior Scientist - Scientific Research Laboratory of Ionosphere and Atmosphere Physics, Tbilisi State University

As senior scientist was leading several project including: Propagation and Reflection of Long, Middle and Short Electromagnetic Waves in Earth-Close Space, Design and creation of the equipment for Ionospheres’ vertical sounding, Design and creation of special receiving system for observation of Radio meteors, Design and creation of special system for investigation of Reflection and Diffraction of Very High Frequency electromagnetic waves from two and three dimensional conductive and dielectric bodes.
